We are a mom and teen minimalists, open to coliving. We connected with a group here that meets monthly for a visioning circle and has been interested in intentional community. Some are active in ecological and historic building preservation, community service, and food security. There is a lot of energy here around affordable housing. https://www.postindependent.com/news/habitat-for-humanity-letting-people-name-one-of-the-newest-neighborhoods-coming-to-glenwood-springs/ Rents are high but there are unfilled jobs. Currently we are renting a cabin too small to offer permanent coliving, but could have a month-long renter who is looking to get established in the area. My teen has skills in horse-riding and livestock management.
