I’ve worked out group lease Oct 31 thru April 31 with a lodge owner in Marble, Colorado. Approximately $500 per room, $650 for a couple in a room. No pets. No indoor smoking. Downside is 1.5-hour carpool to Aspen. Cost of utilities divided per person. Wifi. Hot tub. Unbeatable views. Ample parking. Five living areas with separate kitchen(ette). Create free icmatch profile to sort ourselves according to preferences of noise, food, schedule. Mandatory 1x/week group check-in on chore changes. 1-hr monthly meeting to resolve disagreements and offer support. Initially a few meetings to work out agreements. Center for Creative Community
My vision is for a nucleus of a creative community forming with 2-4 like-minded kindred spirits somewhere in Northern Arizona (Sedona-Prescott-Flagstaff) through a shared housing experiment inspired by the concept of “scenius” or “communal genius”, which Brian Eno came up with to describe “the intelligence of a whole… operation or group.” Such “scenius” is grounded in a creative collective synergy through the strategic mixing-sharing-pooling of ideas-knowledge-resources-energies. The result is a dynamic possibility space and way of life grounded in the power of We. I hope to launch this Creative Community House in Nov. 2024. Join me!
We’re Meant To Be There
What if a bunch of Us converged on an abandoned or dying town/village?
Hoping to find a place, and I thought, if enough of Us here can agree on a plan, I will then do everything I can to help realize the plan in full. As of now, I have nothing… nothing but time (kinda) and 53 years of life experience (and then some) I want nothing more than to live off the land, as much as possible… I only need to get to “There” to get started.
Let’s figure this out!
Healers/Green Witches Unite
My dream is to have a medi-spa/healing sanctuary with a community garden and a chosen family like situation where we share resources and help support each other in our journeys. Moon cycles and ceremonies/celebrations are important to me and I wish to help people be well with my Eastern Medicine skills; acupuncture, massage, potions, lotions, oils, herbs and stones. I just graduated with my master’s in the field and am studying for board exams right now. Once licensed, I am my only limitation, and I would like to do amazing work helping people be well. Sail my ship with me?

Cohousing in Vancouver BC
These cohousing developments listed below are under construction. CoHo BC is in contact with groups of locals who are interested in joint purchase of land to subdivide for individual homes, or for co-purchase of existing housing. Livewell Cohousing consultants put together a guide for groups who decide to hire a developer and make their own cohousing. Also check ic.org for their map of existing communities that may have openings. A google search will often bring up even more cohousing.
ICmatch is a great place to post a profile and start connecting with others to see about snagging a great set of neighbors or co-owners. If you’d like to see who you match with locally, first register. You can email [email protected] with a request to add your profile to this page.

Hedgerow Hill Farm
We are seeking two families to buy in and build their own house on the property. We likely in near future will be able to subdivide w/o co-owning. O is an architect, has detailed plans for two homes on the property, in addition to our existing quaint brick farmhouse. Property has mature trees, stunning view of mount Nebo and lake, and is next to paved road and river. It’s a safe area and semi-rural. Close by is a long riverside paved trail.
