The Eden EcoVillage Community Project [email protected] What is needed now is a new vision of an EcoVillage that will be big enough to reach that critical mass necessary to become a fully Self-Sustainable Community that can balance all of its own needs for food, water, homes, jobs, health and education. We will be able to help each other build passive solar homes on our 3 acre homesteads, in a circle all up and around the rim of the valley and with a view across the open space. – T
After living in eastern ma cohousing for many years and then back out here since 2019, we’re working on what’s next. We are creating a small community in a big house with grounds for gardens and animals, combining private areas with common spaces indoors and outdoors. The goal is to build a web of support, companionship, and care for one another.
Our target move-in is 2027-2028, and we’re looking at Franklin and Hampshire counties in Western Massachusetts. If you’re interested, drop me a note back here or at https://catya.org/whatsnext/
We’re searching for 40 acres near the wilderness of Golden, Colorado. Our planned residential community is designed for the neurodivergent, creative, and gifted—including those with autism, ADHD, PDA, OCD, I/DD, dyslexia, or high sensitivity. Discussing collaboration with a neuroinclusive worldschooling hub. Parents from off-site would utilize our integrated daytime workspace or attend entrepreneurship workshops, while children 5 to 18 thrive in a lightly supervised homeschooling ecosystem including a garden, food forest, and sensory break spaces. Self-directed education accommodates any interest. Families co-create a supportive environment with art and mindfulness workshops, land stewardship, and greenhouses.
We have a message for everyone here at ICMatch.org looking for an opportunity to join an intentional community project just getting underway. “In a world increasingly shaped by stress, desperation, insecurity, division, isolation, disconnection, and endless pressure, we know something better is possible.” (Ironbark Farm, Australia). That “something better” is what we are all about. We’re pursuing a “Form OUR Team, Build OUR Dream, Buy OUR Property” approach in the PNW. Want something better? Or just curious about the project? Check us out today at www.somopnw.wordpress.com.
A regenerative farm in southern Utah’s red rock country. Seeking 6 motivated individuals or couples passionate about organic and regenerative farming to help upgrade 20-acre off-grid property with water rights. The environment can pose risks to pets and small children. Offer: 1. one-week visit on site to assess our fit and go over details of a contract. 2. trial season commitment (through October) to see how we work together and whether we click as a core founding team. 3. Help expand the business with agrotourism, on-site lodging for events, stage for live music. I can teach construction.
Our main aim is to provide support, learning, and creative opportunities for neurodivergent individuals and their families. We also aim to promote community mutual aid initiatives, self sustainability and reduce dependence on welfare & exploitative/selective/conditional charity programs. Mermaid Avenue is an intentional farming community for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. We will not only provide support for the families on the land, but also the larger disabled community in the area. We would also aim to provide arts and mutual aid initiatives within the greater community.
The Humanity Lab is an intentional community in a container — a small group of 4–10 people sharing a home in Tulum for 1–3 months, doing their real work and living their real lives alongside people they actually chose. It’s not a retreat, a course, or a commune. It’s a living experiment in what community actually requires, built around three principles: self-awareness, conscious communication, and collaborative decision-making. The container is the point, and everything you learn you carry home, wherever home turns out to be next.

Vision for a New Intentional Community:
We are beginning the journey of creating a unique intentional community centered around sustainable living, cooperation, and a deeper connection with nature and each other. The vision is to establish a peaceful and regenerative environment where people live intentionally, grow food organically, share knowledge, and support one another in building a balanced and meaningful life. Our future community will integrate regenerative organic agriculture, ecological building, renewable energy, and holistic wellness practices. The goal is to create a living example of how people can thrive together while caring for the land and cultivating a harmonious
