The Humanity Lab is an intentional community in a container — a small group of 4–10 people sharing a home in Tulum for 1–3 months, doing their real work and living their real lives alongside people they actually chose. It’s not a retreat, a course, or a commune. It’s a living experiment in what community actually requires, built around three principles: self-awareness, conscious communication, and collaborative decision-making. Forming community for liberty-loving permaculturists somewhere in southern Appalachia (VA, TN, NC, KY). Land to be owned by a trust with all members as beneficiaries. Hi I’m an artist that wants to buy a big house with swimmingpool in Malaga, Spain and start a conscious community. I want us to create an artist residence with an art gallery, a music studio we can rent out to musicians. Also build small houses, make beautiful gardens, have horses.. I have big dreams, and I know that together we can do it. I am looking for 1-3 people to buy a property with, and we will need to spend $25.000 each, to get something decent. We’ll need to have solid contracts. I don’t mind buying a renovation project.
This group hopes to form a collective of individual share holders based in Oklahoma, possibly North Texas. The ultimate goal is to purchase land that is held in a land cooperative with purchasable shares that allow the holder to build their residence as they see fit within residential codes.

I am starting a community on a 19.5 acre property near Dothan, AL. The property has 2 houses, pond, barn, 7-acre field, 7-acre forest, chickens, gardens, gym, partially off-grid, and more. I have done a great deal of work on the property, including a complete home renovation myself.
The goal is to create harmonious and sustainable place for the community.
The community will have generally kind, compassion, reasonable, and responsbile people.
I think it is great to have some diversity too.
I would like to utilize permaculture, non-violent communication, and other toosl to achive these goals.
