We're searching for 40 acres near the wilderness of Golden, Colorado. Our planned residential community is designed for the neurodivergent, creative, and gifted—including those with autism, ADHD, PDA, OCD, I/DD, dyslexia, or high sensitivity. Discussing collaboration with a neuroinclusive worldschooling hub. Parents from off-site would utilize our integrated daytime workspace or attend entrepreneurship workshops, while children 5 to 18 thrive in a lightly supervised homeschooling ecosystem including a garden, food forest, and sensory break spaces. Self-directed education accommodates any interest. Families co-create a supportive environment with art and mindfulness workshops, land stewardship, and greenhouses.
