Forming community for liberty-loving permaculturists somewhere in southern Appalachia (VA, TN, NC, KY). Land to be owned by a trust with all members as beneficiaries. Private homes around central core with shared garden(s), food forest/orchard, pastures, pond(s), and surrounding forest for firewood, fence posts, and possible timber. Size of property will be determined by the number of committed members.
