I help intentional communities and other cooperative groups to better understand their shared values, and learn how to filter their decisions through those values in a highly effective way. Values Based Decision Making is a framework that goes beyond the standard visioning process, because it is a system that can guide communities towards their desired future step by step, year after year.

Having used VBDM to found my own intentional community, and guide the directors in the ecovillage in which I live, I now offer the process to other communities worldwide. Since I am based in South Africa, this is largely done online. I also practice and offer conflict transformation, community facilitation, and broader social design.
