I co-founded Pangaia, a raw food, permaculture homestead in Puna, Hawaii from 1992-2000

I helped bring together the Shivalila community in 1993-95.

I co-founded GaiaYoga Gardens Intentional Community in 2003 and have lived there as it's primary steward since then.

In 2004 I completed Bay NVC's Leadership Program and extensively trained in NVC from 2000-2003 additionally.

I have been active in The ManKind Project (MKP) since 2010, attending several 100 i-groups during that time, and a handful of other trainings.
