I live with bipolar disorder and manage it through regular medication, exercise and my support animal (my dog). Fresh air and time in nature and Art making help me manage my illness. I also have some osteoarthritis in my hip. It limits speed and distance I can walk as well as limits standing time and other physical demands or activities.
