I'm a licensed architect and author of the book Conscious Home Design and have experience working on residential single and multifamily properties and intentional communities, with themes ranging from health to food to spirituality.

Experienced in all aspects of property building and development from site study, feasibility, infrastructure, zoning, permitting, planning, design, contractor relations, construction administration, even running and managing rentals and multifamily projects both public and private. Thousands of units served.

I work on projects all over the United States and select places internationally, traveling for work as needed and working out of my design studio in Shaftsbury, Vermont. I was a carpenter and drum builder before I became an architect, so I know how things are built and I respect the craft.
