I am somewhat perfectionistic as I feel it is important to do things right the first time. I expect others to be competent in what they do. I tend to be anxious about others meeting expectations. I am working on being more relaxed and accepting of others differences or approaches to working/dealing with problems.
Dealbreakers:
The first deal breaker if I am going to work with someone is effective communication. I also expect that they keep their promises or commitments, especially if I am counting on them. I am accepting if things change but I would like to know ahead of time. I'm not usually comfortable with things being up in the air. Commitments are important to me and I feel these need to be based on agreements made through effective/non-violent communication.
